I leonardo davinci have created alot of potraits bot the most know painting was the mona lisa. many people have wondered why the painting i did (mona lisa) has a smile. In the painting mona lisa looks real and i painted a landscape to describe the time in which is was painted. i painted her to show her passion and her thoughts. the mona lisa is a painting or example of myself. by looking athers can see a part of me. by painting portraits i got ideas and started painting the mona lisa and accomplished something very important finshing the mona lisa.

Time period

In the year 1300 the renaissace began, the places that it was associated with during that time period was ITALY. during the time 1534 to 1564 in ITALY i met some of the famous people was living there such as henery vlll, queen elizabeth who rueled over england, and also williaam shakespeare. Some of the most important things i did was Created the art of Painting and Investigated Science/Anatomy. at the same time i changed the true renaissance man, and i changed exemplifies the liberal arts.

Blog Entry # 1

My name is leonardo i was born in 1452 near vinci a hill village in tuscany. i am a famous italian painter, sculptor, engineer, and a very good sciecetist. i was the illegitimate son of a florentine notary and a peasant woman. presumable i passed childhood with my father in vinci, where i develop an enduring interest in nature.

In 1466 i move to florentine, where i entered the workshop of Verrocchio and came into contact with Botticelli, ghirlandio, and lorernzo di credi. i then was working on a painting, i was painting an angel and a little bit of landscapes. people had seen my work and i got registered in the painter's guild in 1472.

I got better in my work and went to milan 1482 and stayed at the about of ludoxico storza for about 16 years. i was a court artist and i did elaborate festivals. many of my drawings of plans and elevations for domed churches were problems that5 were from bramante. 1488 was a very hard year i had to make a model for the tambour and dome of a cathedical in milan in 1483 i was with a pupil named ambroigo de pradis and we had to create a painting of madonna of the rocks. They than came out in only two topics or versions louvre another in the national gallelry. In 1499 when it was fall i stayed in mantua and vanice and went back to florance in 1500. In 1a 502 i joined the service of cesare BORGIA as a military engineer.

I then went back to milan in 1506 engaged by chartes D amboise in the name of a french king louis xii. Here in milan i served as arcitect and an engineer i lenardo then went to rome and attrated the new dected medici pope leo x,and the brother Giuliano. 1515 is when people had left entirely free to do my own research.(Death:1590)
